DHS EAGLE II

EAGLE II is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide information technology solutions through performance of a wide range of support services. B&D Consulting, Inc. is a prime contract holder in the DHS Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) 8(a) Track for Functional Category 1 – Service Delivery under the Service-Disabled Veteran Owned category.

GSA IT Schedule 70

Delivers federal, state, and local customer agencies the tools and expertise needed to shorten procurement cycles, ensure compliance, and obtain the best value for innovative technology products, services, and solutions . DISA ENCORE II

The ENCORE II contract vehicle provides Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies with a convenient way to purchase the full range of IT solutions from IT Engineering and Integration to Hardware/Software procurements and IT Operational Support services. ENCORE II supports task orders (TO) to accomplish activities related to 20 IT areas.

NSA SETS

NSETS is an important agency initiative that will enable NSA to competitively acquire agency requirements for business, engineering, information technology, operations support, and training services from teams of highly qualified small businesses.

GSA Alliance Small Business

Provides a common framework and terminology for defining and understanding the components of an IT solution. Alignment with the FEA and DoDEA enables Alliant Small Business to evolve over time as technologies change without requiring a technical refresh. It also conforms to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) policy mandates for reporting on IT investments.
